Ignatian Spirituality encourages the use of our imagination to contemplate truth, and to grow in love and devotion to God. In much the same way, we can use our imaginations to deepen our understanding of everyday experiences, and to formulate a response to complex issues. By studying creativity:
- Participants will thoughtfully consider and share ways of encouraging personal discovery among their students.
- Using the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm as a framework, participants will gain a better understanding of how to use and increase creativity in their teaching and daily lives.
- Participants will develop and report on one strategy they intend to utilize to develop the creative skills of their students.
